BREAKING: Fire officials say the heat and associated fire risks are cause for the closure.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- One park and two open spaces in Fairfield will be closed during the Labor Day weekend because of the heat and associated threat of wildfires, fire officials said.

Rockville Hills Regional Park, Spy Glass Open Space and the Serpas Ranch/Rolling Hills Open Space will be closed starting at 5 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Tuesday or until the heat and associated fire risks subside.
