Fairfield Man Held Over For Trial For 2013 Murder, Kidnapping, Sex Assault of Suisun City Teen Girl
A conviction would make him eligible for the death penalty.

A Fairfield man was held to answer Friday in Solano County Superior Court for the murder of a 13-year-old Suisun City girl in 2013, Solano County District Attorney Krishna Abrams said.
Anthony Lemar Jones, 33, was held over for trial on the murder charge with the special circumstances of kidnapping, rape, sodomy and committing a lewd act on a child during a murder, Abrams said.
A conviction would make him eligible for the death penalty.

Judge Nelson E. Bradley, who presided at Jones’ preliminary hearing that began last week, scheduled Dec. 2 for arraignment on the charges.
Genelle Conway-Allen’s unclothed body was found Feb. 1 in a parking lot at Allan Witt Park in Fairfield, a few miles from where she was last seen the day before in the vicinity of Railroad Avenue in Suisun City.

Her legal guardian had reported her missing.
Jones, a barber, was arrested Feb. 8, 2013 in the 1100 block of E. Tabor Avenue in Fairfield after he was under 24-hour surveillance for a week.
