Fairfield PAL Announces a New Girls Circle “UNFILTERED: Reclaim Your Headspace”

Fairfield PAL Teen Center will launch its next Girls Circle series, UNFILTERED: reclaim your headspace, beginning Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The 10-session program is open to teen girls ages 13 to 18 from Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Air Force Base, and includes dinner provided each week.

Girls Circle is a small group program designed to help teen girls connect with peers, build confidence, and strengthen real life skills in a supportive setting. Each session blends conversation with creative activities and simple take home tools, giving participants a space to reset midweek and build habits that support their wellbeing.

This Girls Circle is made possible at the PAL Teen Center thanks to Soroptimist International of Central Solano County, a local service organization that invests in opportunities that support women and girls. Soroptimist’s partnership includes providing a delicious dinner each night of the program, helping remove a barrier for busy families while making the circle feel welcoming from the moment participants arrive.

What UNFILTERED will cover

UNFILTERED focuses on the real pressures’ teen girls navigate and the skills that help them stay grounded. Topics include:

• Understanding messages that shape body image
• Noticing and trusting body signals such as stress, emotions, and physical cues
• Practical tools participants can use in daily life
• Creative activities that support self-awareness and confidence

Why it matters

Teen girls face constant input from social media, school, and everyday expectations. Programs like Girls Circle create space for connection, skill building, and healthy routines, helping girls feel more supported and more equipped to handle pressure in and out of school.

To sign up for the UNFILTERED Girls Circle please call or text 707 330 8757. Sessions begin Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Space is limited. Apply for free membership at the Fairfield Community Center with a valid student ID and parent / guardian’s signature. The Community Center is located at 1000 Kentucky Street (by the library).
