Fairfield PAL Launches Sew Savvy
Seeking Donations to Equip Teens with Essential Sewing Skills

Fairfield, CA – The Fairfield Police Activities League (PAL) is excited to announce the launch of Sew Savvy, a groundbreaking program designed to teach teens fundamental sewing skills. This program will not only provide practical life skills but also foster creativity and confidence among our youth.
Sew Savvy will offer Fairfield PAL members the opportunity to learn how to repair rips, replace buttons, hem pants, and even customize their own clothing. Under the expert guidance of Mrs. Theresa, a professional seamstress from TJ’s Colorful Corner, teens will receive one-on-one mentorship in a supportive and engaging environment as they learn to tailor their own clothing. The program is entirely free for participants, ensuring that all interested teens have access to these valuable skills.
