Fairfield PAL Offers 'Alive and Free' Program This Summer For Kids In Grades 7-12
Alive & Free teaches stress and anger management, conflict-resolution skills and more.

News from Fairfield PAL Center:
Alive & Free is a life-changing program at the Fairfield PAL Center that helps young people in the Bay Area and around the world. At the heart of the Alive & Free Prescription is the notion that violence is a social disease with an explicit treatment process. Like disease, it is transmitted by the germs of bad information, bad instruction, bad advice, and bad examples.
Young people who have learned the Alive & Free prescription have a new set of life skills to make choices that help them go to college, succeed in life, and give back to their communities.
