Fairfield PAL Teen Center Announces Free Summer Boxing Program for Teens
Boxing at Fairfield PAL this summer!

This summer, Fairfield PAL Teen Center is inviting local teens to lace up, show up, and train hard through its Free Summer Boxing Program, running June 9 through July 30, Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.Open to teens ages 13–18, the program gives young people a safe, structured, and high-energy way to stay active during the summer months while building discipline, confidence, focus, and resilience.
The program is free with a Fairfield PAL Teen Center membership. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided.
“Boxing gives teens more than a workout,” said Coach Jason Alcantara. “It gives them a place to practice self-control, push through challenges, build confidence, and be surrounded by adults who care about their success. Summer can be a critical time, and programs like this help keep teens connected, active, and moving in a positive direction.”
