Food Styling for the Home Chef

Food styling is not just for professional chefs. In this 2 hour class, Executive Chef Marvin Martin will demonstrate presentation techniques to make your ordinary plates extraordinary. Learn elements of food design, including how to choose suitable tableware and the best tools of the trade to make your food a tabletop masterpiece.
