• Watermelon & Tomato Gazpacho
• Chilled Avocado Soup with Cumin and Jalapeño Lime Olive Oil
• Caprese Soup with 25 year old Sweet Pedro Ximenez Vinegar
• Avocado, Jicama, Tangerine & Grilled Shrimp Salad
• Pork Belly and Watermelon Salad with Ginger Dressing and Crispy Wontons
• Arugula, White Peach & Nectarine Salad with Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds and Fig Balsamic Dressing
• Wine and Oil Pairing

Cost of the class is $75/person. Reservations are required and can be made at www.ilfiorello.com. This is a demonstration-style class and participants will enjoy samples of the recipes.
