Get Free Legal Aid, Instruction in Cheerleading, and More Free Flu Shots

1. Legal Hour for Seniors: The first Friday of every month, seniors at the Suisun City Senior Center have a chance to ask local attorneys questions regarding legal matters. This is a free service but an appointment is necessary. The Suisun City Senior Center is located at 318 Merganser Dr., Suisun City. For more information call 421-7203.

2. Cheer and Pom for Middle Schoolers: Come to Crystal Middle School and train for competitive cheerleading with Master Coach Andrea Valmore. Valmore will teach technique, teamwork, motions, jumps and combinations for beginning and intermediate levels. The cost of instruction is $10. For more information call 707-421-7300.

3. Homeschool @ Suisun: Northbay Explorers Homeschool Group will meet at the Suisun City Library from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Parents are encouraged to bring their children out for a time of fun with other homeschooling families. The Suisun City Library is located at 601 Pintail Way, Suisun City.

4. Free Flu Vaccines: The Suisun City Library will be offering free flu shots to Suisun City residents from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For more information call 1-866-57-ASKUS (27587).

5. Rodriguez High Jazz Band Performance: Come see the Rodriguez High School Jazz Band perform during "Shop Til You Drop" night from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wooden Valley Winery.
