If you’ve ever wanted to learn ballroom dancing, join the Wednesday night beginner’s class at Dan Foley Cultural Center in Vallejo. The classes, taught by professional instructor Debbie Baxter, also cover Salsa and other Latin dances and will begin their next set of monthly class sessions on July 6th, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
