High-Risk Parolee Cuts Ankle Bracelet In Suisun City: Police
Members of the public are encouraged to contact Suisun City police right away if they see him. "Please do not make contact," police said.

SUISUN CITY, CA — Suisun City police advised the community that a parolee who is considered a high-risk offender is on the lam Thursday after cutting off his ankle monitor at a fast-food restaurant in the city.
The Suisun City Police Department said it was notified by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation at 2:30 a.m. Thursday that 47-year-old Rockeef Henry Anderson had just cut his ankle monitor at Jack in the Box, 499 Grizzly Island Road in Suisun City.
Suisun City police officers responded to the restaurant and found the ankle monitor in the parking lot, police said.

They searched the area for Anderson but did not find him, according to SCPD.
Now, the police department is asking for the public's help in finding him.

Anderson is a 6-foot-2-inch black man who weighs 217 pounds.
Anyone who sees Anderson is asked to notify police right away.
"Do not contact him," police said.
