Hisui Japanese Steak House in Vacaville is a sushi lover’s paradise offering over 30 different sushi and sashimi choices made with the freshest seafood. Popularized by their all-you-can eat sushi special, you can stuff yourself with fresh maki rolls and nigiri served on miniature boats floating right before your eyes.
Not in the mood for sushi? Hisui offers a full lunch and dinner menu with traditional Japanese entrees: Steak and chicken teriyaki; vegetable and shrimp combination tempura; udon soup; yakitori; chicken katsu and more. Lobster tail, mahi-mahi,filet mignon, ribeye, New York steak and scallops are just a few other specialty dishes at Hisui’s.
