Join us for the 2nd Annual Battle of the Badges!

First Responders "battle it out" for teens at the 2nd annual Solano County Battle of the Badges softball tournament

In an effort to raise funds for the Fairfield Police Activities League (PAL) Teen Center, first responders and law enforcement from all over Northern California will take to the softball field for the second annual, Battle of the Badges Softball Tournament on Sunday, May 29, 2022.

The public is invited to “swing” by and enjoy the event. The event will be held at Al Patch Softball Fields in Vacaville. Al Patch Park is located at 1717 California Dr, Vacaville, CA. Play will start at 8:00AM and will end upon its completion. Teams consisting of personnel from Fairfield Police Department, Fairfield Fire Department, Davis Police Department, the Solano County Sheriff Department, Vallejo Police Department, the CDRC Correction State Prison, Benicia Fire Department Vacaville Police Department will take the field. This is a double Elimination Tournament with awards Ceremony at the conclusion of the Tournament.

Teen Centers like Fairfield PAL are essential to healthy communities. Such programs provide opportunities for teens to lean into their natural talents and come to understand their value to the community. The Fairfield PAL Teen Center uses the fun of traditional recreation programs to engage teens and build great qualities.
