Lawler Ranch Masonry Wall And Monument Sign Painting Project In Suisun City

The Suisun City Council awarded the construction contract for the Lawler Ranch Masonry Wall & Monument Sign Painting Project (Project) to C & J Painting, Inc. at the September 1st City Council Meeting. The Project will prepare, patch, and paint the masonry walls and monuments signs, including neighborhood signs, within the Lawler Ranch subdivision.

The Contractor has mobilized and construction on the Project will start no later than next week. The Project is currently anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2020.

Please Note: This Project does not include repair of the damaged columns and missing masonry wall section on Highway 12. The contractor for the wall repair project (Dynamic Precast) is coordinating with Caltrans for the required encroachment permit needed to complete this project. Replacement and repair to the damaged wall section is expected to be complete this year.
