The Fairfield PAL Teen Center is looking for amazing team members to support program staff and help teens grow, learn, and have fun. Apply today to join a team dedicated to transforming teens through sports, recreation, academics, and more. Training is provided. Serve your community, expand your skillset, and network as you develop your resume and advance your career.

Recreation Specialists work Mondays-Thursdays between 3pm and 9pm and Fridays between 3pm-10:30pm. Open to those 16 years and up. $16.17 per hour.

PAL uses traditional recreational programming to create an environment that draws young people to support the development of the social and emotional skills required to promote a positive self-identity and become productive and engaged members of our community.
