Man, 26, Shot, Killed At Nearby Fairfield Apartment Complex Identified

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Police have identified a San Francisco man who died after he was shot at an apartment complex in Fairfield on Friday as 26-year-old Jonathan Cottonham Jr.

Fairfield police received calls around 9:50 p.m. about a shooting in the 500 block of Alaska Avenue and found Cottonham suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Lt. Kevin Carella said.

Cottonham died later at a trauma center.
