Man Arrested In Antioch After Sunday Shooting

ANTIOCH - A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday afternoon in Antioch on suspicion of attempted homicide, police said.

David Hall was booked into the county jail after a shooting shortly before 1:42 p.m. in the 1700 block of Magnolia Way.

When officers were dispatched and arrived to Magnolia Way they learned that a male victim had been taken to a hospital by family members, according to police.

The victim had injuries not considered life-threatening.

Officers also located Hall in an apartment on nearby Spanos Street, police said.

Hall was arrested without any trouble and officers found a gun that may have been used in the shooting.

Hall was booked into jail on suspicion of both attempted homicide and weapons offenses.
