Man Arrested For Suspected Prowling, Break-In Attempt on Cypress Drive in Petaluma
Police found the Fairfield man trying to hide in the home's bushes.

Petaluma police officers, responding on Tuesday to a burglary alarm in the 3000 block of Cypress Drive at about 12:16 a.m., found a rear door forced open and heard someone moving in the bushes.
Joseph Alan Waters, 37, a Fairfield resident, was discovered attempting to hide in the shrubbery, police said.
Waters was allegedly in possession of burglary tools, plus had three outstanding arrest warrants out of Solano County, according to police.

He was arrested for suspicion of attempted burglary, possession of burglary tools, prowling and his arrest warrants, and was booked at the Sonoma County Jail.
