Man Arrested On Suspicion of Child Porn Possession

The Fairfield Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit conducted a several month long investigation into the illegal downloading and possession of child pornography.

As a result of the investigation, Major Crimes Detectives served a search warrant in the 2200 blk of Nottingham Drive. Major Crimes Detectives located evidence leading to the arrest of Rene Zuniga, a 45 year-old Fairfield resident.

Zuniga was arrested for possession of child pornography and booked into the Solano County Jail.
