Man Shot Friday Night In Suisun City

Police this morning are investigating a Friday night shooting in Suisun City that sent a man to the hospital.

Officers responded around 7:30 p.m. to the area of Civic Center Boulevard and Catamaran Way on a report of a shooting. Officers located a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to the hospital for injuries that did not appear to be life threatening and was in stable condition Friday night, police said.

Police searched the surrounding area for any suspects, and the parking lot of the Village Apartments was cordoned off as investigators attempted to locate evidence.
