Mushroom Class at Il Fiorello Olive Oil Co.

Cooking Class at IFOOC on March 22nd from 3-6pm

Spend the afternoon at Il Fiorello’s Kitchen in the Groves with Chef Marvin Martin discovering the unique characteristics of mushroom varietals and their culinary uses. Featuring MyCopia Gourmet Mushrooms of Sebastopol, Chef Martin will demonstrate the magic of mushroom cookery in a selection of recipes including Caramelized Shitake tartlets, Brown and Alba Clam Shell Mushroom Slaw, Sunchoke and Trumpet Royale Gratin, Grilled Flank Steak with Mushroom Ketchup, and a surprise dessert.
