New Pizzeria Opening at Nut Tree Plaza
Pieology allows customers to build their own pizza pies!

Pieology Pizzeria will open its first Vacaville location Friday, April 17 at the Nut Tree Plaza between Habit Burger and Buckhorn BBQ.
Pieology currently has eight locations in Northern California, with plans to open four more by summer.
“We are excited to bring the Pieology experience to the Vacaville community, where guests can build their individualized pizzas with unlimited toppings,” said Dan Abfalter, franchisee.

The Pieology experience starts with fresh house-made dough and guests select from eight sauces, moving down the line to choose from more than 30 meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs and spices. The pizzas are then stone-oven fired and to finish, guests can add after-bake “Flavor Blast” sauces, including fiery buffalo, pesto and BBQ.
Most custom pizzas are $8 or less, and Pieology also offers gluten-free crust, whole wheat crust and a selection of seven signature pizzas, company officials said.
