Overturned Garbage Truck, Spilled Fluid Blocks Hwy 113 North of Hwy 12
The truck lost approximately 20 gallons of hydraulic fluid.

An overturned truck has blocked state Highway 113 north of state Highway 12 in Solano County this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers responded to a report of a garbage truck that overturned at the intersection west of Rio Vista shortly after 7 a.m., CHP officials said.
One person suffered minor injuries and was transported to NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield, CHP Officer Eric Anderson said.

Crews are working to clean up 20 gallons of hydraulic fluid that spilled on the roadway as a result of the accident, he said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 7:34 a.m. initially blocking the entire roadway, according to the CHP.

At about 8:15 a.m., southbound lanes reopened and there is no estimated time of when northbound lanes will reopen, CHP officials said.
