Police: Fairfield Man Critical After Being Shot by Sister's Ex

A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after allegedly being shot multiple times early Saturday morning in Fairfield by his sister’s ex-boyfriend, police said.

The Fairfield man was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. Officers identified a suspect in the shooting, according to police.

Fairfield resident Juan Antonio Rodriguez-Reyes, 39, and the victim were allegedly having a dispute over the romantic relationship, police said.
Detectives have a warrant for Rodriguez-Reyes’s arrest for attempted murder and they are asking for help to find him, according to police.
