Repairs To Air Base Parkway May Delay You

Public works crews will be replacing damaged cement.

Information from City of Fairfield:

Motorists can continue to expect intermittent traffic delays along Air Base Parkway for the next few months as the City of Fairfield Public Works Department restores damaged pavement.

Both eastbound and westbound lanes of Air Base Parkway will be affected between Peabody Road and I-80. Work will occur between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday. One lane of traffic will be maintained through the work zone for the duration of the project. Traffic delays are likely, especially in the morning before 9 a.m. Motorists should plan accordingly and allow extra travel time.
