The Public Works Department in conjunction with the Development Service Department is inviting highly qualified professional consulting firms to provide Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and proposals for professional services to prepare construction documents including plans, specifications and cost estimates (PS&E) for the Suisun City Train Depot Lighting and Windscreen Project.

Electronic SOQs and proposals must be received by February 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM (PST), unless subsequently modified by the City by addendum, at the following EMAIL address:
