After-school and Pre-school Programs Closed
After-school and pre-school programs operated by the City were suspended following a decision by the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District to shutter its schools from March 16-27 due to the changing dynamics of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Recreation, Parks and Marina Department announced.
Impacted programs are after-school programs at Dan O. Root, Suisun, and Crescent Elementary Schools, and Crystal Middle School. The City extended the closures to its pre-school program, as well.

The City regrets any inconvenience for affected families, but was compelled to prioritize family and community health at the highest level.
