Embree was riding his 2011 BMW motorcycle west on Pintail Drive at about 4:40 p.m. Saturday when it struck the front passenger side of a Mercedes-Benz sedan that was turning left from eastbound Pintail Drive onto northbound Deercreek Way, Suisun City police Sgt. Daniel Healy said.
Embree, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle and landed near a concrete retaining wall on the northwest corner of the intersection. He was taken to NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield, where he died from his injuries, Healy said.
