The Suisun City Council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday August 13 to focus on homelessness in the city.
Topics of discussion will include:

- Results of a recent local online survey
- Local initiatives to reduce homelessness and open encampments
- Creating sanctioned encampments
- Options for increasing the supply of affordable housing
- “Built for Zero” discussion
- Open discussion of ideas from City Councilmembers
This meeting will be held in person at the Joseph A. Nelson Community Center with a limited amount of seating, which must be reserved by calling 707-421-7302 or 707-421-7322. Please note per City policy, members of the public are required to wear face masks while in City facilities. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you.
The meeting also can be viewed via ZOOM or streaming live to Facebook.
