Suisun City Police Catch Fairfield Man After Alleged Vehicle Burglary
A man who allegedly attempted to burglarize a vehicle Saturday in Suisun City was caught and arrested.

SUISUN CITY, CA -- A man who allegedly attempted to burglarize a vehicle Saturday in Suisun City was arrested, police said.
At about 8:30 a.m. on March 25, officers were dispatched to Elwood Street after receiving a call from someone who said he caught a man going through his vehicle.
At the scene, the victim told officers that the suspect ran into the backyard of a house on Elwood Street. Officers set up a perimeter on Elwood and Maple streets, near School Street, and were able to locate the
suspect as he tried to jump a fence, police said.

The suspect was identified as Paul Cooper, 48, from Fairfield. He was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail on suspicion of attempted theft, police said.
