Suspect No. 3 Arrested In Fairfield Homicide
The 23-year-old victim was removed from life support and died in late July.

Fairfield police said a third suspect has been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old man in July.
Jamison Nodine was arrested Tuesday afternoon in San Diego, Fairfield police Lt. Kevin Carella said.
Nodine, Leonel Garcia Flores, 21, and Jaime Ponce Hernandez, 22, of Fairfield, are suspected of shooting Phillip Liberto, 23, of Fairfield, on July 22 in the 1400 block of Phoenix Drive.

Liberto was taken off life support and died on July 27.
Police said the killing is believed to be gang-related.

Fairfield police detectives tracked Nodine to San Diego and worked with other Southern California law enforcement jurisdictions to locate and arrest him around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Carella said.
