Suspected Dealer Busted With Drugs, Gun, Cash As He Sat In 'Suspicious' Car
BREAKING: At first, the 23-year-old refused Fairfield PD's request to open vehicle door, police said.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – A Fairfield man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a police officer allegedly found evidence of possession of marijuana, cocaine and prescription medication for sale, along with cash, a scale and a gun in his car, police said.
The officer checked on four people sitting inside the suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of Union Avenue and was able to see drugs inside as he approached, police said.
The driver, 23-year-old Billy Breedlove, refused to open the door, but eventually complied.

"The driver ... refused to open the door for Officer Rowlett and began reaching towards the door pocket," police said. "After numerous commands, Breedlove eventually complied and unlocked the door."
"When he opened the driver’s door," police continued, "Officer Rowlett saw a loaded semi-automatic handgun in the door pocket."

The officer found the evidence and arrested Breedlove on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance while armed and possession of a
loaded firearm with the intent to commit a felony, police said.
Breedlove was booked into the Solano County Jail. He is being held on $155,000 bail.
"Alert citizens are often the eyes and ears of the Police Department and can assist us by calling in suspicious vehicles occupied and parked in their neighborhoods," the agency said.
