Suspected Package Thieves Arrested In Suisun City

Both suspects were on active parole from state prison, officials said.

SUISUN CITY, CA -- Suisun City police last week arrested two men on suspicion of stealing packages from residences. Police released a photo of a gold Ford F-150 truck allegedly used in the thefts and citizens responded with tips that led to the identity of Sammy Trover, 30, of Vacaville as a suspect.

Police located the truck Wednesday in the 900 block of Craven Way and determined it had been stolen.

Police learned a residence in the 900 block of Anderson Drive was possibly being used to store the stolen packages, and they identified Noah Guirguis, 27, of Suisun City, as the resident of the house.
