Vacaville Man Arrested For Suspected Attempted Murder, Assault of Pregnant Woman
He was also booked on suspicion of being a felon with a stolen firearm.

The Solano County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Vacaville man today on suspicion of assaulting a pregnant woman.
A member of the victim’s family called the sheriff’s office around 7 a.m. to report a domestic violence incident that allegedly happened around 4 a.m., Deputy Daryl Snedeker said.
Deputies met with the victim, who did not need medical attention, and were informed about the alleged assault in the 4400 block of Brown School Lane in unincorporated Solano County just outside of Vacaville, Snedeker said.

The victim said the suspect was armed with a firearm and possibly under the influence of narcotics, Snedeker said.
Deputies tried to contact the suspect at the Browns School Lane address but he would not immediately leave the residence, Snedeker said.

He was eventually taken onto custody without incident.
Noah Guirguis, 23, was then booked in the Solano County Jail for attempted murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm, domestic violence, receiving a stolen firearm and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, Snedeker said.
Deputies recovered the firearm that was stolen in Solano County, Snedeker said.
Guirguis is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Solano County Superior Court.
