TEMECULA, CA — Three new communities in Temecula's Sommers' Bend area will debut on Saturday at a grand opening event showcasing 132 new Richmond American homes.
The grand opening will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include a complimentary Mediterranean cookout, a live DJ, a balloon artist, and an ice cream bar.
The new communities include Crestview, which has 104 homes, Goldenview Estates, which has 13 homes, and Sablewood Estates with 15 homes, according to Sekisui House U.S., Inc.

Sablewood Estates is located at 32423 Sommers Bend Boulevard, Goldenview Estates is located at 32109 N. Roripaugh Valley, and Crestview is located at 39262 Valley Vista Circle.
