4-Vehicle Crash Prompts Closure Of Highway 371 In RivCo: CHP

AGUANGA, CA — A collision involving four vehicles Wednesday evening in Aguanga prompted the temporary closures of north- and southbound lanes on Highway 371, authorities said.
The crash was reported just after 5 p.m. on State Route 371 near Jojoba Road, prompting a complete closure of all lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Aguanga is a census-designated place about 18 miles east of Temecula.

Two people were initially reported as injured. Riverside county fire department responded to the scene of the collision and it was determined no one required medical attention.
All lanes on Highway 371 were reopened around 5:30 p.m.
