3 New Industrial Buildings On 5 Acres Proposed For West Temecula
If approved, the buildings on Avenida Alvarado would total more than 55,000 square feet of interior space.
TEMECULA, CA — The Temecula Planning Commission on Wednesday will consider three proposals from one applicant to construct industrial buildings on nearly 5 acres on the city's west side.
The commissioners will consider the three development plans from MS Mountain View LLC to construct a 21,793-square-foot building at 42684 Avenida Alvarado, an 11,369-square-foot building at 42673 Avenida Alvarado, and a 22,699-square-foot building at 42661 Avenida Alvarado.
The project is a continuation of the MS Mountain View Industrial Park that, when built out, will feature more than 450,000 square feet of interior space.

The project area at the city's western edge is surrounded by vacant land and other industrial buildings. All three projects would be zoned "light industrial," according to city documents.
The projects were deemed exempt from further environmental review because were considered infill projects in an existing industrial park, according to city documents.

It's not clear whether tenants for the proposed buildings have been identified.
Wednesday's Temecula Planning Commission meeting is scheduled at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street.
