July 4th is on a Saturday in 2026. Get ready to celebrate with your fellow residents this year in Old Town and at the fireworks display.

TEMECULA, CA — It's never too early to plan your 4th of July holiday in Temecula so you can find the perfect place to watch the fireworks and the parade this year.
"Celebrate the 250th anniversary of Independence Day with the City of Temecula!" a city spokesperson said.
Start the day by watching spirited marchers and patriotic entries at the annual 4th of July parade in Old Town.

Then, in the afternoon, bring the whole family to the sports park and enjoy a day full of entertainment, food, and festive activities. Cap off the celebration with a spectacular fireworks display.

10 a.m. Start in Old Town Temecula
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. sharp at the intersection of Old Town Front & 2nd Streets. All entries will travel north on Old Town Front St. and end at 6th Street. As spectators gather along the parade route, pre-parade entertainment will take place from 9:15-9:45 a.m. by Miniature Therapy Horses of Temecula and Judy Taylor, Professional Western Entertainer.

Family Fun & Fireworks
Family Fun Zone begins at 2 p.m. at Ronald Reagan Sports Park. There is no admission fee or wristband required to enjoy the bounce houses and face painters.
The entertainment lineup has yet to be released.
From 2-10 p.m. head to Ronald Reagan Sports Park for the Family fun and entertainment. The Fireworks Display begins promptly at 9 p.m.
