TEMECULA, CA — Two lucky winners became millionaires at Pechanga Resort Casino within a two-week span of time this spring to make a grand total of four millionaires within a year. This, just as the casino launches its $2.2 million Home Sweet Win giveaway.
On April 10, a San Bernardino County man is celebrated a seven-figure $1,010,344.48 jackpot win after a recent visit to Pechanga Resort Casino.
While enjoying time on the casino floor, he took a seat at a Dragon Link Peace & Long Life™ slot by Aristocrat Gaming. The exciting win quickly caught the attention of nearby guests as the machine lit up with celebratory graphics and sounds. The winner chose to keep his plans private, but his milestone win adds to a streak of recent big jackpots at Pechanga.
The last weekend of March, a Burbank man sat down to play a few spins on a Dragon Link Peace & Long Life slot game.
"After making a $50 wager, the machine’s symbols lined up to signal he won the game’s massive progressive jackpot of $1,339,477.30," a resort spokesperson said.
"Guests in his vicinity at Pechanga Resort Casino took quick notice of the win and began clapping and cheering for him, and saying, “wow” and “Congratulations!”
One guest asked if she "could touch him for luck!" as the game graphics showed the word “WINNER” and digital gold coins flew across the screen with whoops and bells chiming.
The winner, who did not share their name or photo, did not immediately say what they would do with their new fortune. A photo of the check? That was shared.
