Classic Rock Legends Being Honored In Temecula

TEMECULA, CA — The Old Town Temecula Community Theater will mark its 21st anniversary this fall with a three-night concert lineup honoring classic rock legends, venue operators announced Tuesday.

The anniversary event, produced by Temecula Presents, will run Oct. 1 through Oct. 3 at the downtown venue, featuring tribute performances celebrating Led Zeppelin, Tina Turner, and AC/DC.

"For more than two decades, the theater has brought artists, audiences, and the community together through the power of live performance to the heart of Temecula," city officials said in a press release.

The schedule for the anniversary weekend includes:

• Thursday, Oct. 1: Led Zepagain opens the celebration, performing the repertoire of rock band Led Zeppelin.
• Friday, Oct. 2: Vocalist Debby Holiday performs a tribute to the late "Queen of Rock," Tina Turner.
• Saturday, Oct. 3: AC/DC tribute band Bonfire closes the weekend series with a high-energy performance.
