Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council Seeking Members

From Riverside Co: Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington is seeking dedicated community members to apply for the Anza Valley Mountain Communities Municipal Advisory Council (AVMAC). The Council serves as an advisory body to the Board of Supervisors and makes recommendations regarding issues such as public health, public works, welfare, safety, and planning in the Anza Valley area.

Council members meet regularly at the Anza Community Hall and serve a term of four years. Those appointed to fill vacancies shall serve until the end of the term of the member(s) they replace.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and shall maintain a residence within the boundaries of Anza.
