Bob's Big Boy Bails on Bill, Plaintiff Alleges

Sleepy Hollow Enterprises and its head, Matt Pike, of San Juan Capistrano, owes the money to the Adopt a Highway Program, according to a complaint filed on Aug. 12 in the Riverside County Superior Court.
