Hendo's Barrel House Hosts Five-Course Tequila Pairing Dinner with AsomBroso Tequila on May 5

An evening worth marking your calendar for. Hendo's Barrel House is hosting a five-course tequila pairing dinner with AsomBroso Tequila on May 5th, and it's going to be a good one! Doors open at 5:15pm, dinner begins at 6pm.⁠

For $125 per person, the menu includes: 

• Ceviche Tostada with tuna, mango leche de tigre, red onion, and mico cilantro 
  • Paired with a welcome cocktail 
• Rockfish Taco made with blue corn tortilla, slaw, cilantro, white sauce, and lime
  • Paired with El Platino Blanco 
• Heritage Pork tenderloin, cannellini beans, diced apple, arugula, and apple mostarda
  • Paired with Eros Reposado 
• Skirt Steak Frites with tallow fries and chimichurri
  • Paired with 5 Year Extra Anejo
• Fried Cinnamon Swirl Ice Cream 
  • Paired with Especial De Rouge 10 Year Extra Anejo 

⁠A representative from AsomBroso will be on-site throughout the event to guide guests through tasting notes for each pour, share insights on the unique flavor profiles and craftsmanship behind the tequila, and help create a more interactive, elevated tasting experience.
