Qigong is an ancient energy cultivation practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine that harmonizes breath, movement, and intention to awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence. In my approach, Qigong is blended with somatic healing therapy—gentle, trauma-informed movement and breathwork designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your body and spirit.

These sessions guide you into a deep presence, where healing becomes intuitive. By working with the fascia, breath, and energetic centers (Dantians, meridians), we unlock stored patterns of stress, emotion, and stagnation—allowing Qi (life force) to flow freely again.

For over a decade, I’ve walked a path devoted to healing, discipline, and remembrance—studying with Amazonian and North American tribes, sitting in ceremony with sacred plant medicines, and immersing myself in the internal arts of energy cultivation.

My training includes over 8 years in Medical Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine under Master David Baudry, alongside intensive studies in Shaolin martial arts, Taoist internal alchemy, somatic breathwork, and energetic healing. These ancient disciplines helped me integrate the teachings and visions received in deep ceremony and bring them into grounded, embodied practice.
