Join us for an informative and supportive session designed to provide resources, education and encouragement for cardiac patients and their caregivers. A multidisciplinary team, including pharmacy, dietary, case management and social work, will be available to answer questions and offer guidance.
During the sessions, you can:

- Connect with others in a supportive environment
