CHP Seeking Tips In Fatal 3-Vehicle Collision In Temecula

CHP wants to hear from witnesses who may have observed the accident and may have photos or videos of the collision scene.

TEMECULA, CA—The California Highway Patrol is asking the public's help in assisting officers with gathering additional information on a fatal wreck that recently claimed one person's life.

On Friday, May 22, 2020, around 4:05 p.m., officers in the Temecula area investigated a three- vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Winchester Road and Thompson Road in the
unincorporated area of Riverside County.

The wreck resulted in the death of a 43-year-old woman from Winchester.

One of the drivers involved in the collision was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, The Press-Enterprise reported.

CHP is asking for assistance from the public and is seeking witnesses who may have observed
the collision and may have photos or videos of the collision scene.
