If you've never been to Hendo's, you're in for a treat.

Hendo's Barrel House takes up a portion of the building that is over one-half of an Ultimate Fighting gym and training center. The dining space is grand in scale, with soaring ceilings, and a second-story VIP section that opens for fight nights, has become the ideal spot for dining during the regular entertaining, all-ages events.

A lot is going on at Hendo's, but there's method to the madness—each business inside the massive building layers on top of the next, from fitness to food to fun. Dan Henderson spoke on the concept and how it feels to reach this next level of his career.

"After dedicating so much of my life to competition, it feels incredible to step into this next chapter where I can build something that brings people together,” Henderson said. “Hendo’s is more than just a business - it’s a reflection of my journey, my values, and my commitment to community, health, and hard work. I’m excited to create a space where people can train, recover, eat great food, and connect - just like I’ve always loved to do.”

Henderson is a retired American MMA fighter and Olympic wrestler, known for competing across multiple weight divisions and leaving a lasting impact on the sport.
