City Announces ‘Startup Week Temecula’
Temecula will host their first 'Start Up Week' this September.

TEMECULA, CA - From The City of Temecula: We're thrilled to announce that this year will mark the City of Temecula's first Startup Week!
Startup Week is a FREE, five-day celebration of our community that builds momentum and opportunity around entrepreneurship led by local entrepreneurs and hosted in amazing spaces all over town. This event will be held September 24 - 28, 2018.
We want you involved! This week's long event will be a community-owned event full of amazing people, businesses, and ENGAGING events all centered around entrepreneurship!

This event is inspired by volunteerism, sharing and inspiring our community through engaging stories that relate to business as we celebrate entrepreneurship in the Temecula Valley. We are extending an opportunity for you to get involved with this movement and take part in this amazing week!

We have opened up the opportunity for passionate professionals and business owners that have a heart to give in the following industries or categories to become community leaders, sponsors and presenters:

VOLUNTEER LEAD
The volunteer lead will be the main point of contact for all volunteers before and during Startup Week. You are responsible for outlining the roles/needs of the week and helping fill those roles leading up to the event.
PROMOTION LEAD
Getting the word out (early) for Startup Week is super important. You are the lead and main contact for making sure outside communication, marketing and promotion is getting accomplished!
SPONSORSHIP & BUDGETING LEAD
You are responsible for pitching sponsorship (monetary and trade) and helping fund a robust budget for your Startup Week. You are also responsible for helping ensure each sponsor gets what they were promised in value.
