CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE APPROVES ALBERHILL VILLAGES 5-0
Alberhill Villages the whole story as told by Lake Elsinore City Council, staff, attorney and people who live in Alberhill Ranch
Tuesday, June 14, 2016 Lake Elsinore City Council voted unanimously 5-0 approving Castle & Cooke's Alberhill Villages project. The only people opposed to the City approving this project during last nights meeting were two Castle & Cooke employees. Does Castle & Cooke want to build or not, we're confused. Since 2014 Castle & Cooke's expensive public relations firm, consultants and others have all been complaining that the City has been stopping them from building Alberhill Villages. Last night the city council, staff and attorney proved to us that they are working for the people/taxpayes of Lake Elsinore and have our best interest at the top of the list .
All we can say now is "WHAT'S THE HOLD UP CASTLE & COOKE?" Alberhill Villages is now approved it's time to begin with the work and start the ball rolling. Why wouldn't you want to begin building the project it's projected to make your revenue of 3.6 billions dollars and more.

While you're at it why don't you help the people who purchased your homes in Alberhill Ranch and give them the carve out they spoke about last night, it's only the right thing to do Castle & Cooke in our opinion.
