A recent series of seminars for parent of special needs children hosted by the City of Temecula has some officials with the Temecula Valley Unified School District upset, The Press-Enterprise is reporting.
The district claims it was excluded from the series. The city said any member of the public, including district TVUSD officials, were welcome to attend.
